    • Parking at the Fawcett Center requires a visitor’s permit (will be emailed to you about 2 to 3 weeks before the course starts). Please print and bring it with you and display it in your vehicle as instructed. Please read the “fine print” carefully.
    • Some nearby hotels may provide a shuttle service to the Fawcett Center. Please contact your hotel to inquire. 
  • No smoking is allowed at the Fawcett Center or on the OSU Campus. (It is strictly enforced even in the parking lots.


Schedule

  • The final agenda will be provided on Day 1.

  • You will be given the registration badge and course notes on Day 1 between 7:30 and 8:00 am. There will be a networking social event on Day 1 from 5 to 6.30pm. Thus, plan your dinner accordingly.

  • There will be a tour of the GearLab and the Acoustics and Dynamics Lab on Day 2. Transportation (from and to the Fawcett Center) will be provided by a bus. Thus, leave your vehicles in the Fawcett Center parking lot and take your valuables with you.


Meals
  • Lunches are included and will be held at the Fawcett Center. If you have any dietary restrictions, let us know about 6 weeks before the course.
  • Coffee, tea, water, and cold drinks will be provided during the breaks and in the morning.
  • Some links for ‘tourist’ activities and dining suggestions will be emailed ahead of time.
